Shipping & Returns

General Delivery Procedures

 

1.    Orders are only accepted for delivery in Hong Kong, we do not arrange for international shipments.

2.    Order will be delivered within 7 working days from the day of order.

3.    The shipment will be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 is raised or a black rainstorm warning is in effect.

4.    We will determine to use local courier or registered mail service provided by Hong Kong post depending on the location of the delivery address and size of the order.

5.    To use a faster courier service, please provide a shipping address where someone is always attending to the shipment duringour delivery office hours.

6.    We will send out shipments twice weekly on Tuesday and Friday, either day is public holiday, all the shipments will be accumulated and sent out the following Tuesday and Friday.

7.    Delivery service by courier is NOT available for Outlying Islands. (Except following areas*) :

  • Hong Kong Island: original delivery fee +HKD 50

  • Tung Chung: original delivery fee +HKD 100

  • Ma Wan: original delivery fee +HKD 80

    8.    If the order is needed to be delivering up to staircase(s), our customer service officer should confirm the delivery feethrough phone call. 

     

    Shipping & Handling Fee

     

  • Free delivery for purchases over HK$1000 (Not including fish tank &terrarium)
  •  

  • For purchases less than $1000, shipping and handling fee will be charged not more than $250
. (New territories and Kowloon areas only)
  •  

  • Delivery service by courier is NOT available for Outlying Islands. (Except following areas*):

  • Above charges does not include labor cost in delivering up staircase. Our Online Customer Service Officers will advise you shortly for further delivery confirmation if required.

  • There will be having 7 days for reserved order to be picked up at our stores. Our store representative will contact you once it's ready for pick up.

    Delivery Fee for Aquariums and Terrariums

     

  • Our customer service representative will contact you directly for delivery arrangements for purchases of 24" Aquariums or above
  •  

  • A shipping & handlingfee of less or equal to $250 will be charged at Customer's requested schedule / at our company delivery schedule.
  •  

  • Above charges does not include labor cost in delivering up staircase. Our Online Customer Service Officers will advise you shortly for further delivery confirmation if required.
  •  

  • Delivery service is available from Monday to Friday during office hours and Saturday mornings but is NOT available on Sundays and Statutory Holidays
  •

    Returns and Exchange

     

    If you require an exchange within 7 days after receipt of the order except the discount items, you can send in your request by email at returns@pakwoaquarium.com or our contact our online customer services representative at +852 2612 2168, and we will be happy to process this for you. All return and re-shipping charges are at customer's liability. All merchandises and packaging should be in its original good conditions for return.
The value of the replacement merchandise should be equal to the price of the original merchandise. If the value of the replacement merchandise is higher than the original price, the customer is required to pay the difference.  
Please note that, in your interests, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

     

    Damaged Items

     

    If the item has arrived in defective, customers please contact Online Customer Services Representative at +852 2612 2168.

    We will be responsible for shipping costs if there is a mistake with the type of product. Otherwise, we would not accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty products.
